I graduated from Indiana University, holding a BA in History and a Business Management Certificate from the Kelly School of Business. With an extensive background in Property Management, Construction Management, Residential Development, and Residential Real Estate, my journey began in July 2009 as a Site Manager with Van Rooy Properties. By 2011, I earned a promotion to Regional Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of multifamily LIHTC and market properties across Indiana.

My portfolio included Van Rooy-owned assets and fee-managed properties owned by AIG and Berkshire Hathaway.

 In February 2017, my wife and I ventured into entrepreneurship, opening The Beauty Mark—a full-service hair salon in Westfield, Indiana. Boasting a rustic design with modern appeal, the salon houses nine independent stylists, and I personally oversaw its complete buildout.

In May 2019, my brother and I co-founded C3 Real Estate and Renovations—a full-service remodeling company with a focus on delivering a clean-cut construction experience, renovating distressed assets with custom modern designs, and building portfolios of profitable residential rental housing in high-demand areas.

July 2019 marked my entry into Trueblood Real Estate as a Professional Real Estate Broker. My unwavering ambition and passion for the industry drive me to help people realize their dreams, starting with the place called home. Drawing from years in the multi-family sector, I seamlessly guide individuals from apartment living to proud homeownership. With a unique background in residential development, I offer a tailored home-buying experience, particularly for those seeking to purchase and renovate older artisan homes.

Grant, a recent graduate from Ivy Tech with a Technical Certificate of Business, brings a wealth of experience as a private contractor. He has successfully managed various projects, excelling in roofing and interior remodels. With over a decade of hands-on expertise in electrical and plumbing, Grant also possesses extensive project management skills.

A proud resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, for over eight years, Grant enjoys the company of his dog Neo. Outside of work, he embraces the changing seasons—delighting in snow skiing during the winter and indulging in water skiing and fishing come summertime.
